Change, grief and the moment I chose my life

Change is one of life’s great teachers.
And grief is often the doorway through which change enters.

When everything fell apart, I learned to listen.

I’ve come to understand that there are two kinds of change in life:

  • the changes we choose

  • and the changes that are chosen for us

When we choose change and it brings joy, expansion, and abundance, it feels like a reward.
But when expectations betray us (when the outcome doesn’t match what we imagined) , frustration can arise, and doubt quickly follows.

The truth is, most of us were never educated to truly take responsibility for our decisions. We were taught to look outward: to do what was expected of us, to adapt, to fit in. Rarely were we encouraged to listen inward.

After the birth of my second daughter, I chose a life of movement and exploration. I traveled the world with my family, starting from scratch again and again. New homes. New countries. New languages. New schools. New educational systems.

And yet, even with all that freedom, the fears were always there.
So were the doubts.
So were the insecurities and self-limiting beliefs.

Everything changed when I moved to Canada.

That move cracked everything open. My marriage, my sense of direction, my self-love—all of it seemed to crumble. I didn’t know where to go or what to do with my life. I felt lost, unanchored, and deeply unsure. I felt that I was dying.

It was then that I learned how to connect deeply with my intuition.

Long walks in nature became sacred spaces. That’s where insights arrived. Directions clarified. Inner breakthroughs happened. That’s where my spiritual journey truly began.

Three and a half years of deep healing, inner work, and retreats slowly brought me back to myself.

But it wasn’t until I found Quantum Flow that something truly shifted. I began living less in my head and more in my heart. Alignment deepened. Inner peace arrived. Even my voice changed.

And when that happened, everything around me started to transform.

My relationship with my daughters grew closer and more authentic.
My relationship with my husband entered a space of rebirth.
And I—finally—felt powerful, open, and receptive.

For the past six months, living in alignment has helped me navigate the grief of losing my father in a way I never thought I’d be capable of. I felt love surrounding me : from friends, from family, and most importantly, from myself.

I met powerful people who reflected my own potential back to me and encouraged me not only to believe, but to act.

I changed direction in my professional life.
And now, yes… I own my decisions.
I feel that I own my life.
And I know that everything is possible.

Love is the highest frequency we carry within us.
When we begin to peel back the layers that make us feel small, unworthy, or disconnected, we remember our power.

Quantum Flow is a practice of alignment and manifestation. With consistency and the right guidance, it can become one of the greatest gifts we give ourselves to truly thrive.

It’s easy to slip back into lower frequencies.
Into comfort zones.
Into old habits and familiar patterns.

That’s often where the “rabbit hole” begins—and where life can repeat itself in loops, sometimes for years… even lifetimes.

But the choice is always ours.

We can choose to change our reality.
Or we can stay where we are.

If you feel curious to explore this work and experience it for yourself, I warmly invite you to join me on February 7th for a free online Quantum Flow masterclass.

I can’t wait to share this with you.
